As the name signifies VIS (Vision-Ideas and Strategy), we have taken a responsibility to make a difference in changing the landscape of international acceptance for Pakistani Manpower overseas.

My background as a consultant and education as an Engineer with MBA in projects management, as well as exposure to head of the largest Design and Construction Engineering consultancies as Chief Executive Officer/Head of Business Development in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Pakistan as for last 25 years has enabled me to experience the shift in our presence and acceptance of Pakistani manpower. Other countries have taken a lead and penetrated all sectors with skilled manpower with globally accepted education credentials. We have a long way to go and lot of catching up to do if we want to get into our former self and re-establish glory we once had. I propose the following.
